Santa Barbara Paint Depot has been around longer than our new intern, Aly, has been born; while it’s known especially for its Benjamin Moore paints and stains, awesome customer service, friendly staff, product knowledge, and handful of snuggly pooches, Santa Barbara Paint Depot prides itself on being a dedicated advocate for the Santa Barbara community.

Brothers Art and Fernando Prado come from a long lineage of family who call Santa Barbara home. Their extended family includes all of our DIYers, contractors, and designers and their family and friends.

So, when entrepreneur, artist, go-getter, family-friend, and talented designer, Aly, wanted to take on more in her already busy life, she turned to the Prados for an internship.

Santa Barbara Paint Depot Welcomes Aly with Open Arms

Managing a busy paint and accessory store is no small feat. With the demands of our clientele and the enthusiasm we have for making Santa Barbara more colorful with Benjamin Moore paints and stains, we enthusiastically welcomed Aly’s help!

Introducing Aly, Our New Intern

Hello! My name is Alejandra, but I also go by Aly. I am a family friend of the Prados and am excited to help out in the creative department for the shop.

I studied Art History at UCSB and run my own design and art brand called AYC Artistry.

During the week, I am a Receptionist/ Office manager and social media manager. I have lived in Santa Barbara for about 5 years. I grew up coming to this city and have a great appreciation for it and everyone who lives here. I am so excited to create content to share with you all.
